Terms for the digital edition

These terms apply when you buy the digital edition of Noor Says No (PDF and EPUB) on this site. The paperback is sold by Amazon, under Amazon's terms.

What do you buy?

The digital edition of Noor Says No: a PDF and an e-book (EPUB) with all 25 situations, for your own family's use. The price is $9.99, charged in US dollars. Payment goes through Stripe, by card.

Delivery

Right after paying, you land on a download page. Save that link. If downloading doesn't work, email info@adsvantage.nl and we'll send you the files.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content you get right away, that right ends when you agree to instant delivery. You do that in checkout by ticking the box.

Use

You may print it for your own family. You may not share it, resell it or put it online. Schools and organizations that want to use the book can email us.

Complaints

Email info@adsvantage.nl. You'll get an answer within 14 days. If we can't work it out together, you can go to the competent court.
